Product Features

Set of Peninsular Diesel Marine exhaust manifold gaskets. These are the gaskets used on the engine between the manifold sections. This is a specific material that both seals antifreeze and exhaust in this hybrid material gasket.

4 End Cap Gaskets (end caps and between main manifold and riser)

2 Riser Gasket (between riser and crossover manifold)

1 Turbo Gasket

This gasket is intended to be used without any sealants on uniform surfaces. If pitting is found, we recommend a high-temp RTV sealant linked with this product that can be put on with a skim layer and work. The referenced RTV is also what is utilized on the exhaust runners with a 1/16" (.0625") between the exhaust manifold and the cylinder head.

If you have leaks between the cylinder head and the manifold you have a bigger problems with incompatible cylinder heads and or cylinder block from knock-off compatible engine supplier.
