Kit - Main Bearing Set Non-Spray Standard STD

OE Main Bearing Set (GM Bearings) for engine blocks that do not have the provisions for piston oil spray cooling.

Complete set in Standard Size.

Appropriate for:

1982-1993 6.2L engines (660 and 599 block)

1992-1996 6.5L engines (599, 929, 141 blocks)

The bearing should not be used in 1997 and later 6.5L blocks as these contain piston oil spray jets that need another bearing (offered on this store as well). Optionally, to delete piston oil spray in an engine that does not need it (like a non-turbo application) you could use these bearings and increase idle oil pressure for a feature un-needed. Otherwise, it's needed for turbo application and the bearings here are not applicable.
