Crankshaft Forged Steel Premium 6.5L

The best crankshaft option available for the 6.5L engine. This crankshaft is a forged steel unit that is superbly manufactured and very strong. This unit weighs in at 10 lbs heavier than a standard nodular iron (cast steel) crankshaft that was originally used in GM production units, more iron, it's dense. This unit comes pre-balanced for use with standard engine rotating assembly weights (stock rods and pistons). Can be used in any 6.5L block from GM production units to current engines, backwards compatible.

Select the optional crankshaft snout keys and the rear alignment dowel that you'll need to install in the crankshaft before use. Optionally you can select to purchase the keys and rear alignment dowel with the crankshaft and have us install these into the crankshaft before the unit ships, must select the check-marks for the parts and make the selection for the labor to have these installed.
