Help with Credit Card Declines (error with payment)
Typically there are two main reasons why you will not be able to checkout on the website using your credit or debit card resulting in a Declined status. Please review the reasons below and correct your checkout process as indicated. Please note that multiple declines may automatically deactivate your account on the store requiring customer service to unlock, so use declines sparingly.
1) Billing address entered in the store for checkout does not match the actual cardholder information on file with the card or bank debit card issuer. This store's processor uses AVS which is Address Verification System which compares the information provided at checkout with the actual information held electronically by the card issuer. If this information does not match identically nearly all the information, the transaction will decline. Please check that the card holder information as well as the billing address match the information found on your card issuer statement.
2) Exceeded amount on daily or other spending limit by card issuer. This website deals in some items that are expensive and can exceed a security spending limit on a card, for which you may not be aware you have reached or what it is. Please verify with your card issuer or bank what your limit is and a pre-authorize an extension for the purchase should the anticipated purchase amount exceed the normal limit.

Shipping orders outside of the United States
Unique Diesel does ship orders outside of the Unique States known as exporting. This website includes the ability to utilize global shipping through UPS, so rates for shipping are known to the customer for the items being shipped.
Please note that there are some products on the store that are not eligible for export outside of the USA, these items are primarily items that are re-manufactured due to the challenge of exchanging a required CORE return product. If this is a need, please reach out to customer service and offer to have your item sent to Unique Diesel first for an exchange or to re-manufacture the unit you need serviced.

This order amount is primarily based on individual customers needing items to service one engine. So the amount of an item would be setup for the amount of an item that would normally be found on one engine assembly or one vehicle. If more than one of the item is needed, for example; double the amount that the store currently allows per order. For USA customers, simply complete the first order, then go back and create another order with the amount needed for that second engine or spare part. Please be sure to put something in the order comments of the second order of "ordering spare, not a duplicate order" to keep the order from being flagged as an accidental duplicate order. For International customers where combined shipping for items traveling potentially thousands of miles is required, contact customer service for options for bulk ordering.
